Financial Assistance

The true cost of sending one child to a week at camp is $3,000. Thanks to the generosity of our donors and supporters, we are able to subsidize this cost and bring the tuition fee for each camper down to $875.

We have additional financial assistance available for qualifying families to help cover the cost of their camper’s tuition fee. The application for additional financial assistance is found within the camper application and can be completed while registering your camper for Camp Possibilities.

As part of financial assistance, transportation and/or the cost of transportation and the cost of supplies for camp, such as bedding, pool shoes, etc. can be provided.

We established our financial assistance guidelines on criteria outlined by the Department of Health and Human Services. However, we understand that each family's situation is unique. In some cases, we can extend financial support to families facing challenges in covering the cost of camp, even if their income exceeds this criteria. If you find yourself in such a situation, we encourage you to complete the application process, including the financial assistance section. Please include any relevant details or notes within the application to help us better understand your circumstances. We are here to support you in making the camp experience accessible for your family.
